Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, DT Designs, LLC will not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final.

If you receive a defective item, please contact DT Designs, LLC at dtdesigns.sd@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include order number, description of issue, and pictures and/or video of your defective item. Items may be replaced by way of store credit. Items outside of this time period will not be credited or replaced. 

Shipping Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

As agreed when purchases are made, CHANGES AND REFUNDS CANNOT BE MADE ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED. This includes but not limited to:  canceling orders, combining orders, adding items, changing items or changes in shipping method. 

If your package is lost, stolen, missing, damaged or anything involving the shipping of your order, please contact USPS or UPS to file a claim. DT Designs, LLC is not responsible for any order once it leaves our possession.
