Shipping Policy

All orders will be mailed out within 2 business days.  All orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday and mailed out within 2 business days.  No orders will be processed on holidays.

If your package is lost, stolen, missing, damaged or anything involving the shipping of your order, please contact USPS or UPS to file a claim. DT Designs, LLC is not responsible for any order once it leaves our possession.

Local Pick-up

We allow for local pick up by appointment only.  Please  select local pick up at check out.  Your order will be processed and you will be contacted by email to establish an appointment time to pick up your order.
